Guess Who's Back?

It seems that 10 days flew by fast. It also seems that I missed out both in the local and national political scene.

As I tweeted from my seat on the Houston based airline Continental that I was back in the homeland ... I received a pleasant email from Matt with the Peter Brown campaign.

He welcomed me back from Mexico and he had a special delivery for me. It seems that Peter Brown had answered the 21 Questions that I emailed and sent via first class mail back in late June.

I was impressed by Matt's ability to contact me within minutes of arriving back in the states. It means that he uses social media to its potential since I only disclosed my arrival back via Twitter.

Kudos to Matt and the Peter Brown campaign for being proactive and contacting me regarding the 21 Questions so fast.

I also do not want to leave out Jeri from the Annise Parker campaign who was also proactive. We exchanged emails while I was gone ... thank goodness for my iPhone or else I would have over 1000 emails to catch up to.

Jeri and the Parker campaign confirmed to me that they received my requests and that they would be forwarding the answers by the deadline.

I spoke to Jesse of the Gene Locke campaign at the PoliMix fundraiser and he confirmed that they had received my request. Additionally, Vonn confirmed that the Locke camp would fulfill my request via Twitter.

I am deeply impressed by how the campaigns are utlizing their social media accounts to connect with potential voters. Keep up the good work ... all those behind the scenes!

The only one lagging behind are Roy Morales. Morales never once acknowledged nor confirmed that he received my questions.

Regardless ... you will see the answers to the 21 questions on Tuesday!
